We grow culinary lavender in our rows for the kitchen — the same English angustifolia variety bakers reach for, dried on screens in our own barn. The rest of the page is a small curated collection: baking mixes from a baker we trust, a lavender hot chocolate, a simple syrup, and a couple of chocolate bars worth keeping on the counter.
We're a nurse and a 30-year Marine veteran working a small farm in Morrison, Tennessee. The baking mixes come from a private-label baker we vetted by working through their whole catalog — we put them on our shelf only after they earned the keep. Everything else carries our own buds or a maker we trust.

Our Lavender Hot Chocolate drink mix (no shortcuts on the cocoa) and our Lavender Simple Syrup (for sparkling water, coffee, lemonade, or the occasional cocktail). The kind of thing you stir in once and then keep around for whenever the moment calls.
