A simple lavender mist for linens, pillows, and the moment before sleep.
A light, fast-drying spray meant for pillows, sheets, drapery, the inside of a closed linen drawer, or a quick refresh of a room you want to walk into more calmly. The scent is soft, subdued, and calming — quieter than you might expect, the kind of lavender that doesn’t announce itself. On a pillow at night it reads as a settled background note, the kind that helps a room feel calm without ever calling attention to itself.
A note about this bottle — read this part. This is the one product on our shelf right now that we do not grow or distill ourselves. We sourced the formula complete, did not dilute or alter it, bottled what came to us, and labeled it honestly. The lavender is Bulgarian (Lavandula angustifolia) — Bulgaria has been one of the world’s most respected lavender regions for generations. The rest of the formula is water, polysorbate 20 (an emulsifier so the oil disperses evenly through the water), grain alcohol (so the mist dries fast and doesn’t leave a damp spot), and a small amount of phenoxyethanol as a preservative — because any water-based product needs one, or things grow in it that you don’t want growing on your nightstand.
We’re carrying it now because we want to know if you love this kind of product. If you do, you’re voting for us to grow and distill our own version next season — and we will. If it sits on the shelf, we’ll know to put our farm hours somewhere else. Either way, you get to be part of that decision.
How to use. Mist lightly onto pillows, bedding, curtains, or into the air — about an arm’s length away from the fabric, a few sprays per room. The grain alcohol dries fast, so no wet spots on a pillowcase. Test a small corner first on delicate, vintage, or dry-clean-only fabrics, and don’t spray directly onto finished wood.
Care. External use only. Avoid eye contact. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sun. Best used within 12 months of opening. 8 oz (228 g) HDPE plastic bottle with a mini trigger sprayer — plastic on purpose, since a glass bottle on a nightstand or a kid’s room shelf is one bumped elbow away from a problem. HDPE is recyclable, and a trigger sprayer puts down a little more water than a fine atomizer, so hold the bottle about an arm’s length from the fabric and a few quick squeezes do a whole room.
