Lavender Hydrosol — Breeze Collection (part of the Breeze Hydrosol Collection)
Field-to-bottle, single-ingredient mists. We grow the plants, cut them by hand at peak bloom, and steam-distill them on our still right here on the farm. What comes off the condenser goes straight into the bottle — nothing added, nothing diluted.
We make this hydrosol in two blends because lavender isn't one note. Some days you want the soft, sweet, drowsy-summer-afternoon side of the field. Some days you want the bright, herbal, just-cut-stems side. So we built one of each.
Soft Bloom — Phenomenal + Sensational: A gentle, floral-fresh lavender mist — soft, sweet, and serene. Soft Bloom blends Lavandula x intermedia 'Phenomenal' with 'Sensational' for a lighter, more floral take on our hydrosol. Delicate, balanced, and aromatic — the calming side of Tennessee lavender in full bloom.
Bold Bloom — Grosso + Phenomenal: The herbal-forward counterpart. Bold Bloom pairs Lavandula x intermedia 'Grosso' with 'Phenomenal' for a sharper, greener, more camphorous lavender — the punch you smell when you walk a row in late June and brush the foliage. Less candle, more field.
(A note on what's coming: when our vera — Lavandula angustifolia — comes in heavier this year, we'll be revisiting these blends. Lavender catalogs evolve with the fields, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend the recipe is fixed forever.)
How people use them
- Light face mist after washing — a calming alternative to alcohol-based toners
- Pillow and linen spritz before bed
- Room refresher when a candle is too much
- Hair refresh between washes
- Anywhere a quiet lavender note belongs
Traditionally, lavender has been associated with rest and calm. We're not making medical claims — we grew it, distilled it, bottled it, and we use it ourselves.
About the sister hydrosols. This pair lives in the same family as our Rosemary Tuscan Breeze Hydrosol — same single-ingredient, same farm still, different field. Soft Bloom for the softest floral; Bold Bloom for the herbal lavender bite; Rosemary Tuscan Breeze for the herb-garden side of things.
About the bottles, 8 fl oz with a fine-mist spray top. Soft Bloom typically ships in a blue, translucent bottle; Bold Bloom in an amber one. During stock variability, either variant may arrive in a differently shaped or differently colored bottle — same hydrosol inside, just a different vessel.
Storage Hydrosols are water-based with no added preservatives. Keep cool, out of direct sun, and use within about 6 months of opening for the best aroma. If you notice cloudiness or an off-smell, retire the bottle — that's the nature of a fresh, unpreserved distillate.
Steam-distilled. Single-ingredient. Cut, run, and bottled on the farm.
