Just thinking out loud

Three years ago, we planted several varieties of lavender plants due to their fragrant aroma, vivid hues, bee activity, and essential oil potential. Initially, we did not consider making the oil ourselves, yet after intensive study, we determined to pursue it. As a small business, we advanced cautiously, cultivating fields in stages.

Last year marked the inaugural high-yield oil production, which though not on par with France or England's yield, possesses great quality. After the arduous task of extracting the lavender, the remarkable harvest made the wait worth it!
